FLEXIGUM HP is applied in the mechanized way with the help of the airless spraying machine. The process of spraying is carried out by means of serve of two components: bitumen-latex emulsion and coagulant, through two circuits, including the system of flexible high pressure hoses. Hoses are connected with a two nozzle spraying gun, in the nozzles of which there are conic atomizers. Due to the specific form of the outlet holes of atomizers, components transform into cone like flat jets at outflow, than they mix up in the air with the instant re-emulgation process (destruction of emulgator cover), and after reaching the surface, the particles of bitumen and latex form a membrane. After the technological water separation, the material gets properties and physics-mechanical indexes of high-quality seamless waterproofing.
